Bill Jeffery, Senior Managing Director
Bill Jeffery has held executive positions in both the Private Sector as well as in the consulting industry. Bill over 20 years of working with leaders in organizations as diverse as international manufacturers to health care organization to help them move from inspiration and insight to the essential work of implementation to achieve sustainable results. Since Bill has been a C Level executive responsible for developing and delivering upon profitable growth business plans, he brings the pragmatism of an operating executive. Since he has been a leader in consulting as well, he brings to Bridgehead Partners’ clients the knowledge and skills to define, design, and implement performance improvement programs that address issues of scale and complexity...and gain organizational acceptance so that the improvements are sustainable. Bill’s experience has encompassed multiple industries and government organizations across both North America and International geographies. Bill has held executive positions at AT&T, EDS (now part of HP Enterprises), A.T. Kearney, and Cap Gemini.
Joe Joy, Senior Managing Director
Joe’s leadership experience spans CEO and COO roles in micro-cap publicly traded and privately held companies to Division Executive of billion-dollar enterprises with a global footprint. He has led successful company transformations across a broad range of markets in technology (from hand-held devices to data center infrastructure and massively parallel processors) to Consumer-Packaged-Goods in “The Green Space.” A Lean - Leader since his first experience implementing The Toyota Production System (TPS) in 1986, Joe has a passion for diving into challenging businesses and is especially strong in situations with demanding operations and supply chain requirements, having achieved dramatic results in quality, on-time delivery, inventory velocity and competitive positioning against low-cost competitors. He is an adept cross-functional problem-solver and team-builder who has served some of the most well-known and demanding brands including Verizon Wireless, The Disney Company, Whole Foods Markets, IBM and others.
